Say NO to stealing Police Officers Bank Holidays and forcing more unfair conditions on officers

The NPCC have again shown their hands by supporting a change to officers working conditions, that will basically remove the current arrangements around bank holidays and how officers are compensated for these days.
The proposal is looking likely to recommend the removal of all but Xmas day and New Years day as bank holidays, and instead crediting officers with up to 9 days on their annual leave balance.
Pleas bear in mind, that's 6 days that would normally attract a rate of DOUBLE TIME being replaced with 9 days , which will likely be at a rate of 8 hours per day (that's 8 hrs x 9 = 72 hours), that's 72 hours, which under current rules would actually equate to (6 removed days x 8 hours x 2 ((double), = 96 hours.
That's 24 hours being taken off us as a minimum.
It's another abuse of out unique position.
The purpose of this is to petition the PFEW, to challenge these proposals, and to make a concerted effort to STOP this continuing abuse.
Regulations are law! It's about time the powers that be stopped abusing it.
