I am concerned on the effect this project will have on the Library's dedicated brick fundraiser.

The Town Council did a good job getting some grant money. But as a concerned resident I want residents to be able to be a part of the discussion and maybe give some of their expertise. This is something that the town will have to live/deal with for the next 15-20 years at least. One of the reasons we moved here was because of Allentown's "charm". I don't want to see it compromised by not checking into all the angles.

No one wants new sidewalks more than me, however, I don't think stamped concrete and it's upkeep is the best move for Allentown. We can do a better job and help maintain our historicity.
