TICA wrote in the siberian Standard: Not allowed outcross with other breeds.
But it is impossible for mixed breeds to make them.

take care, these colours are only obtained with outcrossing, we will loose the original type of Siberian, with original texture. Don't accept outcrossing, I suggest the same with Norwegian Forest Cat, don't allow new colours.
