Don't let our great state end up the way other states have. We don't need CWD going viral in our deer population

We have an active, professional staff to address issues regarding cervids within the NCWRC. How could BS political maneuvering be allowed to set policy in NC

Severe CWD is on its way... Last years' deer kill from the midge fly was nothing compared to CWD.

I cannot believe the dirty politics involved in passing the deer pen legislation after rewording it. Do politicians think we're that stupid. NC has sold out outdoorsman and wildlife enthusiasts and we are making notes of those involved. This is criminal pure and simple.

Hunting is one of few activities that remain accessible to the common man. Please don't jeapordize our resources.

Please vote NO on SB 513. It undermines the reputation of North Carolina as good stewards of its precious natural resources, and fortifies the belief that "big money" and not the constituency are who is really running the state now.

Its a sad day when money and not the majority wins. Governor this will bring disease to our natural wildlife. If this type of legislature continues my grandson will not see mother nature. Please do not sign this.

No to deer farming

This provision in the Farm Bill is a betrayal of the very folks who supported these legislator and cabinet members when they ran for office. We will remember come next election.

Governor, YOU are our last remaining hope to avoid exposing our deer herd to Chronic Wasting Disease. I urge you to VETO SB 513 as it now stands and send the message to this handful of corrupt lawmakers that we will not allow these "backroom", "In-The-Dark-Of-Night" deals to run OUR state! I promise you we will compliment that message when we have our first opportunity; at the ballot box.

Please excuse the incorrect use of the verb in the first sentence; and I would expect you, Governor, to support the sportsmen of North Carolina and not approve but send back SB 513 for correction so as not to allow deer farming in North Carolina. Sportsmen vote and we are paying attention. Thank you.
