They just discovered CWD in a Texas deer farm. Texas previously had no CWD in their wild deer herd. The owner of this farm has admitted several deer have escaped from his enclosure. It is only a matter of time before CWD makes it into the Texas wild deer. Please do not let this happen in North Carolina! Please reject SB 513.
