I’ve lived here almost 40 years. This is not the direction this peninsula needs to go! The residents don’t want this! Single family homes or something more low density please!

I have lived on the penisula for 45 years and have no desire to turn it into another high density area. No desire to increase the traffic. Please do not allow the property to be rezoned.
