This area is already overcrowded. Too much traffic on roads that already need attention from public works. (I know other agencies have to work on the road plans together)

The proposed rezone and development plans are not appropriate for this are. My husband I recently moved here and we specifically chose this peninsula because we like the existing character and the quietness. We moved out of Nashville to get away from large developments.
