No to rezoning.

Please reject this rezoning. We don't need more apartments, condos or multi-use buildings on this peninsula. The traffic is already a nightmare. The only people who want this are the ones who don't live here and those who will make money from this development. We, the residents of the Sanders Ferry/Walton Ferry peninsula don't want it!! No to redone. The area is already too congested. The whole area was not designed for this type of development.

That road has been dangerous for years!! At night it’s extremely dangerous. No appropriate infrastructure improvements have been made in years. Those who live on the peninsula, made this city what it is. Have begged for road improvements for years! And don’t give me blah about taxes and schools, we all know that’s just false promises. No no no

We moved from the hustle and bustle of the city 29 years ago and we have loved it here so far...but with all the building and traffic it's not as pleasant to live here. We have so many people coming from the surrounding areas to enjoy the lake already that we don't need 300-500 more people and cars that would live right across from it, not to mention their family and friends that drive to visit them. Sanders Ferry is too narrow and too curvy and too dangerous for anymore cars or people. Please consider the headaches that the residents that live on this peninsula already deal with on a daily basis.

There is a whole lot more to this than what the government is saying. VOTE NO! It's the beginning of doing away with our suburbs.

We’re over populated on this peninsula as it is. We need side walks and bike lanes before huge buildings. It’s a ridiculous idea.

I live on Sanders Ferry Rd. People drive on it as if it was a state highway with no significant law enforcement. This new structure and the people that it attracts will only make speeding enforcement worse.

Too much traffic, congestion already. The road can't handle it. Mass residential housing not needed.
