As a homeowner, I feel my property taxes are too high to look at a repo lot from my dining room! As a real estate professional, I can say this will NOT be good for property values. There are already enough eye-sores on a very short stretch of Wolf Rd where we pull in and out.

As a resident of the Brook Hills Subdivision for 39 years. In my opinion, allowing AssetsBiz Corp to put in a repo lot where the entrance and exit is just north of the stop light on Wolf Road & Brook Hill Drive will undoubtedly cause more congestion at this location to the detriment of all surrounding residents and all who utilize this thoroughfare. I respectfully request that the Board deny this application.

Not going to be attractive, especially right across the street from the Brook Hills development. I wouldn't want to see the repo yard every day and the potential noise involved plus the vermin it may attract. This is not an industrial area. It's a residential and forest preserve area. Let's keep it that way.
