Wolf Road is unsafe! There are only 2 lanes with a center turning lane and no curbs, only gravel, on this part of Wolf Road. Wolf Road is congested during the morning and afternoon rush hours, plus adults and kids walk and ride bikes and scooters in this area. Very dangerous!

This location makes absolutely no sense for a repo lot. There are none so blind as those who will not see. Orland and its homeowners and the surrounding places affected deserve so much better.

Saying NO (please and thank you) to this impound lot!! It will most definitely bring down our property values plus traffic is already an issue along Wolf Rd. This would be an added headache.

I attended the meeting at Orland townhall.
My most concerning takeaway of the meeting.....When asked which nearby community has a similar facility that most closely resembles the Orland Park community, the developer cited Lyons. With all due respect to Lyons residents, there’s a clear and significant difference between the two. According to Zillow, Lyons schools are rated 2/10 and 3/10, while Orland Park schools consistently rate around 8/10. The communities are simply not comparable in quality or character. The average home values are significantly different. There is simply no comparison. Orland Park is a great town with a great reputation for low crime, great schools, and a great family friendly community.

As a resident of the Brookhills subdivision across the street from the proposed repo lot, I would like to see something neighborhood friendly and family oriented to beautify and bring value to the surrounding area and not detract from it. A business like this should be in an more industrialized zone.
