Repo lot is not a business suited for a residential area. Potential for crime, increase in vehicle traffic, damage to nature from chemical leakage. Added problems for local police, fire protection and EMS services.

Having a Repo Lot in our community will affect the value of all our homes. You only have to look at how the locations of other Repo Lots in Midlothian & Crestwood to see how they have negatively impacted the surrounding area.
