This would be ad in truckding a large increase in truck traffic at late hours of the day to a primaraly residentrial area and route 6 that is heavely conjested already. Also I believe this would also affect are values

Just because there open space doesn’t make an acceptable location. Orland & sound southern areas have commercial / industrial space everywhere! NO REPO LOT HERE!!
