Bad idea for a repo lot in the middle of a residential area. You have new $800K townhomes at 153rd and Wolf, then a repo lot 2 miles down the road? Doesn’t make sense. Can’t be good for home values.

This proposal is fundamentally incompatible with the best interests of our community. It raises substantial concerns regarding potential declines in property values, as well as threats to public health and safety. Of particular note, the proposed development site lies within a designated Flood Plain, significantly increasing the risk of environmental degradation and property loss.
In addition, the specific use—a repossessed vehicle storage lot—presents further risks. These include increased noise and light pollution from 24-hour vehicle drop-offs and retrievals, potential for oil and fluid leaks from poorly maintained vehicles, and the strain of added traffic from tow trucks and transport vehicles on local roads. Such a facility is also likely to create an unattractive visual presence and may raise concerns about security, especially if fencing and surveillance are inadequate.
Proceeding with this project at the proposed location would represent a serious lapse in judgment and public responsibility.

Repo lots have no place in our community! Sad that they even want to consider an EYESORE like this but also the safety around the areas since they attract people who want to steal the parts at late hours thus making Wolf road a VERY UNSAFE road to travel -
