The Township Council is doing wrong by trying to pass this pending "Rent Control Ordinance in Montclair" during this pandemic times and avoiding to get stakeholders and public inputs. It is unfair practice. Rent Control will destroy the growth of this town and reduce property tax base for the residents and result in higher taxes.

Please say No to Pending Ordinance For Rent Control in Montclair , as it will destroy the beautiful properties of the town over the long run, and also will discourage growth of new much needed housing supply in the town.

SAY NO TO RENT CONTROL IN MONTCLAIR. RENT CONTROL RESULTS IN DETERIORATION OF PROPERTIES IN TOWN , AND TURNS AWAY NEW SUPPLY OF MUCH NEEDED HOUSING IN MONTCLAIR.
