My Montcliar taxes are HUGE. It is not fair to control rent and not taxes. I don't think it's fair to essentially subsidize renters and not owners.

This petition is a crock. Who started this so called association? Don't trust this SCAM to keep the three people who own 90% of montclair real estate rich.
