Who would volunteer for psychiatric "treatment" - electroshock, lobotomies and/or chemical lobotomies (toxic mind-altering drugs)? This bill is just another way to force people to support psychiatric/big pharma revenues.

These practices overwhelm an individuals determinism, and are inhuman and dangerous Put your self in such a situation and discover how you would like to be treated, This is not OK. There's a better solution.

I am against involuntary commitment of any kind. This law would expand the rights of others to commit and drug children and adults.

Any Florida legislator voting for these bills is either incompetent or bought and paid for by Big Pharma and/or psychiatric special interests and therefore, not fit for office. They need to be replaced... voted out! NOW!!!

I have first hand witnessed a baker act being initiated and it was with such whim and alacrity I was stunned. I think it is akin to the overuse of antibiotics but with potential for dissolution of our civilization's founding freedoms.
