The scale of this response is sufficient to move the conversation forward with Hallmark Property Management. I am currently drafting a formal letter to their regional director requesting a meeting to address the lack of resident consultation. Expect further updates once we receive a response regarding the proposed licensing fee.

Absolutely not. They have no right to tell us what pets we can have especially for a fee that makes no sense. Stop trying to scam residents.
total BS. harassment at its finest. leave our pets alone.
This is just a money grab plain and simple. My dog is part of my family and I shouldn't have to pay a tax to keep him in my own home. Ridiculous.
My cat stays inside all day and doesn't bother anyone. charging me 36 quid is nothing but bullying. not happening.
Where is this money even going? They provide zero services for pets here. Get lost Hallmark.

Unbelievable. Talk to us first before pulling this nonsense. We pay enough in service charges already.
