The cost of living is already too high for most of the population. This additional expense will add a tremendous burden to the people. Stop putting the cart before the horse! Improve the standard of living, give the people a livable wage. STOP THE DOUBLE STANDARDS!

The country of Guyana is unprepared for such a burden on its people. An average Guyanese does not have the capacity to spend the monies required to through this system. No parking garages, no parking lots for major businesses. The Guyanese minimum wage is $1,813 per day, while 9 hours of parking is $2,052. It just cannot work.

This is an attack on all working class Guyanese regardless of their political affiliations. Even a moron would not sign such a contract. Why would supposedly sane officials do so?
