Important Notice: We are pleased to note that on May 16, 2016, the Parker, Colorado, Town Council unanimously voted to withdraw the proposed rezoning completely.

We thank the Council for listening to the community and for taking this action.

We also thank all of you for your efforts to encourage the Council to rethink Pine Curve.

Don't Let Developers Destroy Parker Downtown!

• Don't rezone Pine Curve to allow gas stations, drive-thrus and 24/7 operations, along with a big box store.
• We don't want more traffic lights & traffic delays on East Mainstreet and Pine Drive.
• Keep gas stations, big box grocery stores and fast-food restaurants along Parker Road.
• Don't use Pine Curve to detract from the community atmosphere of historical downtown.
