I’m Jim Rubens and I’m running for U.S. Senate to stop what you just saw in the video – criminals streaming across our borders, killing Americans with illegal drugs and taking our jobs.

Kelly Ayotte swore during her 2010 campaign that she would oppose amnesty. Soon after going to Washington, she broke her promise to New Hampshire voters, and voted for the Gang of 8 amnesty - open borders - jobs for foreigners bill.

We need to stop this dangerous, job-killing, open borders policy and say NO to amnesty. Please join me in signing this petition to tell Congress to oppose open borders and amnesty.

It’s time to Make Washington Work for Americans -- not for illegal aliens and not Washington campaign donors who want to export our jobs and drive down our wages.

As Senator, I will push hard to secure our borders, keep Americans safe from crime and domestic terrorism, and improve economic prospects for American citizens and American workers.

Here’s where I stand:

1. No amnesty and no path to citizenship for illegal aliens.

2. Build the wall along the Mexican border and defend our borders.

3. Deport all illegal aliens who have committed a felony.

4. Require that all employers use the existing online E-Verify system.

5. Oppose Kelly Ayotte’s I-squared bill which would triple H-1B visas.

6. Enforce the law that requires visa holders to leave on time.

7. Oppose birthright citizenship.

8. Oppose sanctuary cities.

9. Halt refugee immigration from countries known to harbor terrorism.

10. Reduce legal immigration so that all immigrants are welcomed, assimilate into American culture, accept our system of law, and do not take jobs from Americans.
