A planning application has been made to develop 4 large houses with double garages on Rye Hill Lane outside of the village envelope. We believe that the application should be refused for the following reasons:-
Development outside village boundary
Scale of development
Greenfield land
Loss of character to the Village of Broughton Hackett
Over-development
Therefore, we are of the opinion that the application should be rejected.
