I live in Beaumont and work in Coolock and don’t want to have to suffer the horrendous smell and breath the fumes 24/7.

We say NO to Coolock sewage plant. It is far too close to many highly built up surrounding estates. It will ruin the use of our only local park in Priorswood due to smell. Plus we do not want barely treated sewage being pumped into Portmarnock beach!!

I object to the building of this plant under the following 1. the plant is located too close to a densely populated area with many schools in the vicinity. 2. Irish water has already been criticised by the EPA for not treating sewage properly and allowing raw sewage into the sea. (The European Commission is taking Ireland to the European Court of Justice because of ongoing failure to ensure that waste water is adequately collected and treated. “It is essential that Irish Water completes all infrastructure and operational improvements needed to bring Ireland into compliance,” the EPA says.) 4. The increase in traffic caused by the trucks will put increasing pressure on an already congested area with more houses planned.

I strongly object to this plan and the detrimental effect this will have on our community.

I live on Clonshaugh Drive. The last thing we need around here is to have a constant smell of sewage.
