Disgraceful to expect anyone in that vicinity to put up with the fumes that will be caused by this plant

This will have grave consequences for the living conditions of the local community. The smell will prevent people from doing normal activities like sitting out in their gardens due to the poor air quality. The blue flag beached of Portmarnock, Baldoyle and Howth will suffer serious consequences and the sheer size is too much of a potential enviromental hazard should a leak at the proposed plant occur.

I'm living in Artane and I do not think Clonshaugh is a suitable site for this sewerage plant especially given the fact it is not to treat the waste of any local areas. It will bring down the area and the price of houses given the smell it is going to cause.
