It is not suitable to have such a large sewerage plant situated in a highly populated area. Also from my understanding, the waste out pipe is just off portmarnock beach which is one of the most popular northside beaches.

This will affect people health and quality of life and should not be put on the northside of Dublin, if it is required for the country to function it then needs to go in a non residential area where it will not impact on citizens and their homes and the air we breath and most importantly the air our children breath !
