There's no way this can be put there. Not to mind all the residents putting up with it. What about patients in Beaumont Hospital? they won't be able to open the windows with that smell.

I find this treatment of working class people diabolical, the estate already is pull of pillition from industrail estate as well as years of pollution from cadburys , tatyo, factories
