There is something fishy about this. When Onni bought land from city, they made deal that they have to build lower income housing. The city secretly pass the bylaw that they can build module home and change use of zoning without public hearing. What else deal does Onni make with city? How would a developer let the land sit for 10 yrs without starting construction? Invite homeless people to live to lower the quality of neighborhood and lower the value of the real estate? What else the mayor did not tell us?

I think the parking lot in front of city hall would be a much better location. You all ride bikes after all. Seriously, almost any location would be better than next door to 2500+ children. What were you thinking?
