Please consider children and neighborhoods safety first. Please don't do this modular house in this school area. It is not fair for the neighbourhood and only give two months notice.

The City claimed this site is available right now to fast track this homeless housing project but why not consider their own property on Oak and Broadway where the building is vacant and the City has a For Lease sign up! Since the city owns this property, they can actually build a permanent homeless housing there rather than a temporary structure! Even better, Oak and Broadway site is not next to schools but right across from VGH and next to bus stops which is way more suitable for the intended "homeless" residents. Gregor Robertson, why don't you access the city's inventory of city owned property first!!!

This is a community for family and children. There are quite a few schools in this area, elementary, high school and college. It is a bad idea to build the facility in this area. By building the facility in this area, you are bringing potential dangerous to children and family's that are living in the area. You are forcing us to move out of our lovely Marpole community!!

No! Children need a safer place to live how could you possibly come up with such an aweful idea? Even if the city wants to build modular house for homeless and druggers at least vancouver is not the right place to do so.
