Please relocate the module house ! It’s not even worth to risk this action . It doesn’t create any benefit to homeless nor the local residents. Homeless will feel unbalanced living in the rich neighbourhood and probably increase crime in the area and breaking the peace of the neighbourhood. In that neighbourhood there’s a lot of school and we don’t feel safe to let children walk alone to go to school or we fear to jogging in the park in the late night after working for a day .
Please build the module house away from school . Also this cambie 57 area is an expensive space , it should be build with something profitable and can help this community grow or create peaceful environment nor to break it down . If this module house is built. The neighbour will all leave and it will become another east side vancouver. Please help to understand us . We bought this place and see it as our home and we want to be a safe place for living .

Why are they using our money(taxes) to help a certain group of people that don’t pay taxes that might be harming the rest of us. The ratio is like 1:100, helping 1 person but simultaneously not being responsible of the rest of us. They have human rights so do the rest of us.
