Zeg nee tegen McDonald's Tervuren en red het park en de gemeenschap

I agree that, keeping MC Donald's creates an unhealthy environment specially for school children.

Tervuren is a Green town, where people support ecology, vegetarians, zero waste and e-transport . McDonald is not matching this ideas at all . I don’t want to have MCDonald close to our school , close to our park .

This is a disastrous potential move. It will detrimentally affect the quality of life of those living in the neighbourhood and the space is not adaptable to such a move. The increase in traffic will cause pollution and danger to the children of all four schools. It would be much better to give this space over to local businesses and ethical cooperatives, especially given the economic fallout of the Covid crisis. Tervuren would be so much better served by a move such as this.

I don't want Mc Donalds at that place.

I am against it near the school,and disturbs the peace of the area and unhealthy for the kids.

I believe that having a McDonald in Tervuren will ruin the feel. I think this because Tervuren is a very green space so adding a McDonald will be terrible as it is so bad for the environment

It is entirely irresponsible to have such a restaurant next to such large schools. It is our duty to look after the well being of our community and the positioning of such a place, deliberately targeting our vulnerable youth, is appalling and the local authority should reject such a proposal. McDonald’s know for sure the effect it will have on our children, hence their proposal to locate so close to a school. It is our duty to reject and relocate it further away from the schools. The adverse effects on the park are also a significant concern with litter, Increases in vermin given the waste and changed ecosystem given the food waste inevitable from such a fast food ‘restaurant’.

This must be stopped, we have a responsibility to ensure our children are encouraged to make healthy choices. I have a daughter with kidney disease this would encourage terrible choices for her diet.

Echt een slecht idee om junkfood zo dicht bij twee scholen te plaatsen. Bovendien worden de kleinere eetgelegenheden in de omgeving verder onder druk gezet. Als men absoluut een McDonalds hamburger wil kan men in Overijse terecht.

This is in front of 3 schools and simply unacceptable for their health’s sake. In addition, this will increase the traffic which is already a disaster as people use this road to cut the highway traffic.
