Traffic with the nursery and school is just about bearable but the McDonalds right next to the supermarket will cause it to be unbearable and not sustaining. The litter itself is an issue as well.

Don't bring a chain brand into a town where its hard enough for small businesses to stay open. Offer it up to a small business where there's not a risk of increasing the already growing amount of litter scattered around the park and town.
