Deeply concerned about:
- increased traffic on a road which is already heavily congested at certain times of the day;
- litter in Tervuren park
- increased numbers of people in the park
- removal of trade from local restaurants/cafés
- easy accessibility of junk food to the thousands of school pupils in the 4 schools within walking distance

Koop jij (zoals Tervuren adviseert) ook lokaal? Of maak je toch liever MacD nog vetter dan ze al is? Dit mega-bedrijf straalt alles uit waar Tervuren NIET voor staat.

Too much traffic already and too many school children in that area. This could be a potentially very dangerous situation for crossing the roads and this type of food isn't what our children need. Also Tervuren park is a special place and with the extra waste and rubbish who will pick up in the park, probably not the McDonalds employees!

I object to this planning application on the basis of increased traffic, increased litter and increased noise pollution. I also worry about the impact on local shops and the wider community.

NO NO NO TO OPENING IN TERVUREN NEXT TO OUR SCHOOL! We should all be aware about health eating and encouraging children in that direction. This is like having a drug dealer outside school!!!

Tervuren should invest in local, green, fair shops and not in a brand that is known for the low quality of its food, the exploitation of its employees and for the large amount of trash that it generates. Not to talk about the visual pollution of its ugly architecture.

Granting permission for this would be completely insane when one considers the impact it will have on the traffic, road safety, the environment and the vulnerability of all the school children attending the schools in the immediate vicinity.
