No to unhealthy food and giants of fast food industry in our commune near 5 schools! Info Tervuren just published an article on sustaining and supporting our local commerces. You can't support your local shops and allow a US fast food giant here !

With a McDonald our children will become fat and diabetic and then will potentially when adult be a person at risk for a virus like the Covid19!! Do we really want that for our children ?? Money must stop command our lives !!! We have the power to say NO !!!

As long as take-away restaurants are based on creating as much litter, we certainly don't need any more of them especially at walking distance of the beautiful park and museum!
Also we want to avoid as much multinationals, we have enough of them influencing our lives and health already! We need to support local people, not multinationals to prevent an environmental disaster.

L’ Installation d’un fast food va immanquablement ternir l’image de notre commune, générer encore plus de trafic et de nuisances pour les voisins directs et va apporter la mal bouffe aux portes d’école.

There is simply no need for this in our community. We don’t want the litter and all the nuisance that this will bring. The beautiful park of Tervuren doesn’t need a MacDonalds just next to it.

McDonald’s is a symbol of poor health choices both for adults and particularly for children. Also, there is a positive correlation between such fast food outlets and increase in rubbish (waste packaging) in the streets. This would result in down grading the desirability of the neighbourhood and require increases in local government expenditures to clean up the mess. This retail space would be better offered to a quality restaurant that promotes good food choices and care for our local environment.

je suis d'accord que si ce Mac Donald s'installe c'est une nuisance écologique. Mac Donald est le symbole de la mal bouffe !! Quel mauvais exemple de nourriture pour nos petits !!!
