To have a Mac Donald’s in that point means much more traffic and more contamination in a school area. I think is not the best for a city such Tervuren.

NO to Fast food McDonalds!!!

Niet nog meer traffic concentratie aan dat gevaarlijke kruispunt, er is nu al overlast. McD is geen gewenste attractie voor alle schoolkinderen die daar alle dagen voorbij komen, noch voor de buurt. Geen vervuiling van de buurt gewenst door alle klanten die de wegwerpverpakkingen in de buurt en ook het park zullen achterlaten. Er is geen behoefte aan fastfood, in tegendeel, er is nu al voldoende aanbod van meer gezonde lunch opties. Het is echt onvoorstelbaar dat zo n extra overlast voor een ongewenste activiteit zou toegeaten worden

Een McDonald's openen kan alleen maar de lokale handelaars benadelen, terwijl de gemeente in haar communicatie precies de lokale handel wil promoten.

As a parent of children whose school is in the immediate vicinity of the location of this proposed fast food outlet, I find it quite unbelievable (as well as outrageous and unacceptable) that anybody in the Tervuren administration thinks this is reasonable. This is TOTALLY inappropriate and should be absolutely forbidden. I don’t mind my children eating McDonald’s very occasionally, but a proposal to build a new outlet directly next to schools is completely disgraceful. McDonald’s and the Tervuren authorities should be deeply ashamed of this proposal, which is clearly driven by nothing other than blatant money making and profit for both parties. Is this really what we want for our children? I sincerely hope this development does not proceed.

Indien de burgemeester en "omgeving" dit project goedkeuren , is het gedaan met Tervuren, vermits dit het begin zal zijn van een "Junk-alley" , die een weerspiegeling is van de decadentie , stijl "USA". Mensen komen hier wonen om dit juist te vermijden !! Stop Mc Donald.

I strongly oppose with the building of the McDonalds in Tervuren for congestion purposes, additional waste, and more importantly many schools around this area that will encourage our kids to eat unhealthy food. This is not a time to be building and supporting facilities that contribute to climate issues. Although choice always raises arguments,we need to ensure the future generation gets the best possible choice and McDonalds is not one of those. Better to choose to build Exki or Pain Quodienne where profits go to Belgium and Europe rather than for an American organisation.

Dit gaat een drukke plek s morgens s middags en s avonds nog meer belasten. Samenloop van drie scholen en carrefour geeft zo al overlast daar. Verder zeker geen goed idee van al die schoolkinderen in de richting van fast food te sturen... Zal ook voor overlast qua wegwerp afval zorgen op straat . In de buurt en in het park Het genre restaurant zal zeker geen toegevoegde waarde brengen voor de residentiele wijken errond. Door de aanwezigheid van Carrefour daar is er al een voldoende aanbod aan snacks fruit en andere lunch alternatieven.
