We did this several years ago, the city said no to LGI. They need to leave us alone. Many of us fought LG I then and if we have to we will do it again.. But with more residents.
Well, Sheri H, at least you live far enough down S. Lazy Meadow to not have to look at the offending grassy area. The front was plotted with community walkways, which could be done as a long term project for the community. There is not enough space for a full size staffed fire station, so that is a hardly a real proposal by LGI. Let's bulldoze the firehouse shed!
The people behind this petition are crazy. We need real representatives in this community not people that complain about everything. Our board is a joke. Don't waste hundreds of thousands on sprinklers down Rayford median -- instead give me a beautiful landscaped entrance at the end of rayford. Why isn't the board for replatting?
I live at the end near South Lazy Meadow and I want it redeveloped. It should look just as nice down here as it does at the front. New lots and a fire station sounds like a great idea to me.
Stop trying to deceive us!!! I nearly signed the petition, but stopped myself because it seemed too vague. This is ridiculous! The man who sent out the link for the petition never even identified himself as an LGI employee.
Seriously just stop!!! Go away and let us live.
Move on LGI and leave us be. Too many dead end promises from you so stop speaking. Move on. You've left us all with enough messes to fix!

And I'm sorry I accidentally signed the LGI one - and TOTALLY WANT TO REMOVE MY NAME FROM THEIRS- I think they falsely represented their intentions and have tried repeatedly to misrepresent their end all plans! I wasn't able to remove my name from their list but wanted to definitely sign and state my true intentions of protecting our land and what has already been decided.
