I am saying to NO the Kroger Gas station proposal as it was not original design concept & it will cause more accidents.

Kroger might be great in the grocery business, but l don't see any competitive advantage it has in the gas industry to provide a safe environment. Hence, Kroger fuel station in a residential area is a bad proposal and must absolutely be rejected at the Copperwood subdivision.

Another example of big business getting rich while the working class takes it in the end. Coincidentally, Kroger’s latest television campaign is all about neighborhoods and friends. If Kroger truly cared about our community, they would recognize how these plans will impact our neighborhood. This proposal is a bad idea on so many fronts: Property Values, Personal Safety, Health Safety, and Traffic Issues. If this passes, Copperwood Estates will be the primary recipient of the Collateral Damage.

The Planning Commission said NO for a reason! I would hope that Kroger would build something that brings value to our community. Plus, as mentioned during the first meeting, the outdoor sales of plants and flowers take away from other well established businesses in our town.

I am vehemently opposed to this fuel center. I am a resident of Copperwood and I never would have built a house in this sub if the fuel center was there originally.

The proposed gas station is not in keeping with the PD, it could pose health threats, crime increase, property value decreases, etc. If Kroger is truly customer centered why are they pursuing this after the customers have made their opinion clear.

A gas station is dangerous, not needed and was never part of the design concept for this neighborhood.
