It's people like you Lisa that causes traffic during school term times. Ever thought of walking? How much damage are you doing to the environment with your unnecessary car fumes?

Louis Moan at the toss bags who throw their litter in the streets. Once they have bought their KFC it is theirs, not the restaurant owners. The scum that litter the streets are responsible for their own actions. KFC are not responsible for them. If someone buys a gun legally and then goes on a killing spree, is it the gun manufactures fault. No it's not! If you are one of those that think that your property will be affected, why buy a house near commercial premises or a school in the first place ?

Anti KFC campaigners are using non issues such as rubbish and traffic to protest, but the reality is they just can't stand business men of non English descendancy becoming successful. Most restaurant owners are of foreign origins and the racist snobs of West Wickham don't like or accept them. But they will happily go and buy KFC from them when they open. The residents association will read this and wince. You are fooling no one. You can't bring back the 50's so stop trying. Go and buy some finger licking chicken and enjoy it !!

I support KFC and for that matter free enterprise and entrepreneurial spirit. It's what makes this country great. I am proud to be British. What makes me sick is reading all this crap that local residents are writing regarding their own inconsiderate people throwing litter in the street. Don't blame business men for local scum not knowing what a dust bin is used for.

people moan about obesity in the country and our answer is to add fast food places everywhere and on top of that add a drive-thru to make us even more lazy!! would ruin the atmosphere of west wickham. if you want KFC that bad walk an extra 0.3 miles and you will find one - might as well call it croydon not west wickham as that is what it is turning into!

This will have a negative impact on the roads which are already bad enough during peak times and turning from the Alders will become even more diificult and dangerous. West Wickham does not need another drive thru restaurant

NO MORE fast food joints. Too many already. We need to support more independent and local businesses, not corporate chains of crap food.

Reasons to oppose: Traffic will grind to a halt, just look how the combination of a Halford's, a Tesco Express petrol garage and a McDonalds has completely disrupted traffic flow in the same area. Look at the locality of Oak Lodge School and the build up of children at the adjacent roundabout. There will be accidents. The local community don't need more fast food restaurants. We already have a KFC. Litter....litter cleaning schemes do not work, I am forever finding McDonalds packaging thrown in to my garden. I live 100 metres from McDonalds. Do I need to go on?

West Wickham does not need another fast food outlet. There is too much traffic already. Children in the area dont need this sort of rubbish and neither do their hard working parents!

A lovely setting that deserves much better than a KFC drive through

This would cause disruption in a residential area which is very near schools and small businesses.

its bad enough with the youngsters sitting at the end of our road eating McDonald's then throwing their rubbish out of the window as they drive off? We don't need another

This will cause endless problems at the roundabout, especially with the primary school.
