No need for another take away as there are enough already on the High Street including a KFC. Also this is so close to the round about and more importantly to the Oak lodge school and will be risk to the children with increased traffic.

A drive through KFC is not needed and the location is too dangerous adjacent to the roundabout.

We have far too many fast food outlets in West Wickham. It will also be dangerous being so close to roundabout.

We already have a KFC in the High Street. I see no reason for another. It will encourage school children to eat unhealthy food. I often pass the KFC in the High Street when the secondary age children are going home from school. The shop is full of these children. The children drop litter ie chicken bones so we will be bothered wth the foxes. The position of the drive through will cause major traffic probs. I strongly abject to the KFC plans.

not suitable site for a 'drive through' because so close to roundabout, on a 'red route', near a school, all of which will cause a huge increase in traffic causing congestion.

i feel that there are enough eating facilities in the area and nearby. i believe that it will have a detrimental impact on the area for the residents i.e. extra volume of traffic and parking, noise and the usual litter that accompanies a take away. La Rioja has lovely gardens why not keep a bit of greenery??

The noise impact alone is significantly detrinental to local residents, despite with a vast number 30+db above background noise level events expected based on kfc's own estimates, the obvious trafic issues which would ensue due to the position of the drive though so close to a roundabout which is very congested at the times kfc say are their busiest. Then yoy have the significant risk of increased trafic accudents due to its location as well as trting to remove vast amounts of trees which are on preservation orders to build a carpark. The site is wholy inappropriate for a drive though.

Traffic will be a huge factor. The junction and roundabout is always stifle led with traffic and subsequently too many accidents

West Wickham is a lovely area. Would hate to see it go down hill with an unnecessary fast food drive thru. It's bad enough that the high street now has a Subway, KFC and Savers. And what with Lidl down the other end. Will definitely reduce house prices, which even prospective buyers wouldn't want.
