I think this has all been underhanded with out any consideration for the local community welfare and social safety. Why should it be allowed for developers to ride roughshod over communities. Absolutely disgraceful..

Not a good idea. More thought for the home owners should be considered before taking on this bad idea by the people behind it.

Residents already struggle to park on the road with some having to park down other roads, this will only make matters worse.

This is a small community area with lots of family orientated and retired home owners, on the out skirts of bromley. We have children of all ages playing on the Green. The parking in the close is horrendous after people return home from work. And there is a lack of public transport, which is unreliable. The public footpaths have many alley ways which are barley lite and have potential for serous crime. Having multiple HMO,s in this area well be so detrimental.

Things like this have proven to be nothing but bad news for local communities.

Parking is bad enough on this road with residents having to park on other roads with a 5 mins walk, houses with multiple occupancy will only make this worse.

What a crazy idea this is! This is a quiet residential area with a lack of parking and facilities already . How do these people get away with doing HMO’s with no consultation!!! Not happy

This type of accommodation always puts an inordinate amount of pressure and stress on amenities, infrastructure and utilities. The original planning conditions were not for this.

A family road with vulnerable children. Parking will become a serious issue as our road is already used for dumping cars and other cars on others roads close by.

These HMO's are totally alien to a family environment such as St. Mary's Green.

Far too much for profit based property developers to forget the neighbourhood in which they wish to make money from despite honest hardworking community families feeling threatened and seeing their properties devalued! Disgusting!!

Completely agree with all comments, I do not want HMOs where I live
