We need quality growth in our community to boost land values and increase revenue for our town. I know growth is inevitable but we need to ask ourselves what kind of growth do we want??

We don’t have a infrastructure, right now,to handle what we have going on right now. Statham fix the water so we can trust it, we filter our water since moved here.

Overcrowding, does not fit living standards in this area. Will lower all property values in the vicinity.

No commissioner would want this built next to there home, neither do I. The roads can’t handle it, the water can’t handle it, the schools can’t handle it, we already have too many homes on tiny lots driving my home value down.

We moved out of Gwinnett County back in 2005 for this very reason...too much growth. Please don't take away our room to breathe!

This is not needed in Statham. We already have way too much traffic and packing so many homes in an arr that small is ridiculous!

Stand up Barrow County or your cities and this area will look like Norcross and Gwinnett. There's another petition for West Candler Street in Winder @ https://www.change.org/nohighdensitybarrow
