Current DBRC member and with 2 young kids a daily 'borrower' of the lawn so they can run around in a safe and natural environment. Why can the development not happen in the existing car park that is seldom used on the beach village side? This proposal does not benefit the community or DBRC members.

Golf cart parking should not be build in the middle of a sports recreation club, I just can't imagine a company can down grade their residence club like this, taking away trees and greens resting area from the club. Members have to walk all around the parking lot to play tennis, no place to sit or stand to watch tennis tournament and matches. Babies & little kids pool is right next to it. It's ridiculous.

HKR should relocate the carpark within the Commercial Plaza area - not resume part of the Club to which I have paid dues for many years!
