This is a beautiful field and we do not need an additional retirement community in the area. There are already too many!

Dear neighboring communities, I am encouraged by your vocal opposition to the proposed rezoning, and I learned yesterday that Covenant Church posted a notice on NextDoor about a Town Hall meeting to be held tomorrow, August 26, 2017 at 10:00am at 3508 Glade Road, Colleyville. The lack of transparency and dialogue are revolting. As busy working parents with small children back at school this week, we need more than 72 hours notice about a meeting posted on a lesser used social media platform. Covenant Church didn't care to mail notices to the affected residents or to post a sign next to the yellow rezoning placard on Roberts/Glade. Please let the record reflect the lack of due process and fair notice by Covenant Church. The McCombs Family, Heritage Glen resident

Stay with the Colleyville original plan. We already fight traffic and do not need to create more.

Would like the spokesman in opposition to contact LocalNewsOnly.com to provide additional coverage to their objections to the project. [email protected]

This would be very bad for the already heavy traffic situation on Glade Road as well as a deterrent to the aesthetics of the surrounding neighborhoods.

Why is it that a city council that runs on low density, now wants to put in high density commercial property. Very interesting!

There are other places to build this. The soccer field is just as important because it is for our children. We do not need a commercial project in our residential community
