I admire the church intentions to help the elderly. However I am concerned with traffic, safety, overcrowding, and property value.

There are plenty of retirement homes around us. I think these fields they serve an important role for our youth and family. A commercial building will damage the warm feeling of the area.

We oppose the rezoning of the Glade/Roberts Rd soccer field land to a commercial property of any type, including an assisted living facility

Wat too much congestion on Glade Road already. 3 schools within 6 blocks of this proposed development.

The intersection at Roberts and Glade is already a big problem throughout the day, and the decision to not move forward on phase III of Glade road means it will stay that way. Adding more traffic from an assisted living center is just unacceptable and dangerous.

Homeowner in Colleyville (2305 Danbury Drive) who is completely against the addition of a nursing home or multi family dwelling on Glade Road. There are more development opportunities off of 26 which are more appropriate and closer to medical do this type of development. No need to put more traffic on an already heavily travelled Glade Road.

I live very close to this location and two other, not fully occupied, senior living facilities. As a home owner, father and tax payer I have had ENOUGH with these old people clogging up our roads and depleting our social services. Take this money and ship them to Reno.
Thank you.

I am adamantly opposed to the development that has been presented. First and foremost I would hate to see a precious green space eliminated, but beyond that I have serious concerns regarding the integrity, honesty, and transparency of those wanting to develop this land and their proposal. I think it would be irresponsible of Colleyville to approve this!
