I am vehemently opposed to the zoning variance for the Covenant church property. I am vehemently opposed to the churches plans for an assisted care facility. I have grave safety concerns for pedestrians, including school children and grave concern with traffic safety. The variance is NOT a good fit!

1- NO re-zone and NO move the Soccer field on Glade & Robert Rd. We don't want worsened Glade traffic in this stretch of Glade Rd in Colleyville.
Please keep the Soccer field for our the Kids to have fun there.
Colleyville has enough housing and we do not need build any house here.
We don't need Colleyville to become a bad place to live and this will negatively impact the value of our homes that we pay so much for.
This is a wonderful area and in every aspect this will be a negative for our beautiful neighborhood.
When we moved to the city of Colleyville we payed the taxes and high home price for a good school district and a peaceful environment and this goes against the reason for us paying these high taxes.
