I absolutely oppose! While this facility would we great in Colleyville, I don't feel the location is right at all. The tiny intersection of Roberts, Glade, and Prestwick is already tricky and congested. I can't imagine the increase in traffic onto Roberts with the addition of staff and visitors to the facility. I'm not sure if residents would be driving as well but that would if they were able to. There are proposed homes on the east side off Roberts and I'm certain they don't want to look out their front door to buildings. Keep this space green! Fields or another city park.

Colleyville isn't doing enough to preserve its green space and parks. There is very little green space left on this side of Colleyville. These soccer fields are used and enjoyed by many. It also lends to the general Rural feeling of Colleyville. I live in Brook Meadows.

We chose Colleyville and Heritage Glen because of the residential neighborhoods. The rezoning = commercial encroachment to the detriment of all of the surrounding subdivisions. Keep the grass green!

Wrong place for this type of facility! P &Z needs to do their job and consider the larger picture which should lead them to conclude it is a misuse of this land.
