FWISD must adhere to ALL Texas State Laws when choosing Human Sexuality Instruction, including Texas Education Code (TEC) 28.004, and House Bill 1525.
The State of Texas Human Sexuality Instruction must be abstinence-based, and must align to and comply with all State Curriculum Standards. (TEKS).
I believe that Human Sexuality Instruction must be isolated from other health instruction, as well as all other content areas and academic instruction.
I do not want FWISD to adopt HealthSMART, and ask you to VOTE NO.
