We the undersigned reject the planned removal of oil subsidy in January 2012. This petition sir is to remind you that the Nigerian people will no longer condone any form of further deepening the continued suffering of our people under your leadership. You have promised a number of things to do if you win the election, now you have won the election, it is becoming clearer to the Nigerian people that they are on their own hence you are hell bent in removing the fuel subsidy and not minding the consequence this untold hardship if removed will cause to an average family in this country.

We are signing this petition with great grief and total disappointment not only that this impending removal of subsidy is a complete joke, Mr president is also busy negotiating with NANS(National Association of Nigerian Students)leaders to mobilize Nigerian Students to support his road to no where project.

Reject this madness and reject this insensitivity to the plight of the ordinary citizens of this country. Let us tell Mr President that this subsidy must not be removed and we can only do so by putting our signatures to this petition but also spreading it so that more than 2 million Nigerians would sign it. This is just the first step!!!
