Rewarding bad behavior doesn't benefit anyone, especially hardworking, law abiding citizens. I believe that once every individual in New York is offered a "free" college education, then we can move forward by implementing this program in prisons. Really hard not to take this personally, as we pay for 100% of tuition bills.

Give free college to people that deserve it,like kids that cant afford it,single parents that would like a better job but need a degree!!Prisoners are in prison for a reason,not to be rewarded for the crimes they comitted!!

Why should I, who has an inordinate amount of college loan debt and is working hard to make ends meet, should support someone else to get a FREE college education when they go out of their way to commit a crime. Not all criminals land themselves in prison. There is a reason why they are there, and they should not be rewarded with free college education.

Absolutely NO!!!! Our own children may have to forgo college or hav. a multitude of loans to complete college. While the offenders are being rewarded for being criminals?? Where is our society going?e

Cuomo's plan needs to be extinguished! Give deserving students the $. All the inmates learn is how to be more savvy at their chosen crime!
