I strongly object to this being built here . There is lots of open space away from housing and sittingbourne. Lets build schools, doctors and new roads first to support anything like this first.

We were never made aware of any further developed when we moved here 6 months ago. If we had been aware of this we wouldn't have bought this house

I strongly object to this ,I moved here to live in the country not next to an industrial estate devaluing my property. With no amenities and only one road in and out of the estate it going to be a nightmare.

Basic promises to the estate made by swale cc and developers e.g facilities etc need to be delivered upon first before this can even be considered.

Am against , more noise more traffic more waste , no infrastructure ,so a brand new community hall which will have a pre school and other kids groups , will now be alongside a industrial estate . Great planning ! Use the land for homes and the facilities Easthall doesn't have.

The increase in traffic will be a disaster it is already extremely difficult to exit the estate and there is only the one exit. The noise, pollution and the parking will increase enormously, parking is already an issue on Swale Way with the added environmental problems due to lorry drivers using the verges and wooded areas as a toilet!!!!! It will also have a detrimental effect on the value of our properties leading to claims from the residents.

With 1 road in and out it would be ridiculous with already too many cars and houses with only 1 access road. To add lorries to it would be a nightmare

I object to this development on the basis that the infrastructure around Great Easthall cannot support any additional traffic, efficitively being a large cul-de-sac as well as the environmental impact on local wildlife.

This just simply cannot happen. Devaluation of homes/living in the middle of an industrial park/air pollution/quality of living would be horrendous/health of our young families.

I strongly believe this shouldn't go ahead. You will ruin the country part of the estate and will bring down my property value as well as causing more traffic and disruption to the estate
