Say NO to Euro link 5 industrial estate on the entrance to the estate

I object to eurolink 5

I do not want an industrial estate on my doorstep. Enough broken promises as it is

It is a housing estate. It will put the value of my house down, let alone congestion of traffic. Pollution near families. No to this planning

This would be disastrous for our estate and residents! More traffic congestion all this industry and still no amenities for our residents #prioritiesallwrong

Please think about pollution that will be created and the beautiful site that will be destroyed. Think about the people who put their hard earned savings into a property, hoping it was a place to make memories with their kids and loved ones, instead now may face the risk of their houses losing value and their loved ones being exposed to more pollution. I think it's so wrong to lure people into a community, a lot of them being first time buyers, so desperate to get onto the property ladder, and then a couple of years down the line, slap them with an industrial estate on their doorstep.

I object to the euro link for lots of reasons

Sittingbourne is gridlocked with traffic as it is its a nightmare driving through there fed up with SBC giving in to developers all the time it's the same on sheppey xx

This was hidden when we first bought the house, really disappointing as we wanted the house here with the close countryside. The rest of Eurolink has multiple empty spaces, is this really needed? The traffic, noise, HGVs and building dust will detrimentally impact our private enjoyment of our home, and could impact our house value. Surely it would be better to build closer to the A249 too?

What's wrong with all the empty units on the other estates? Why the need for more ? Profit and greed !!! Murston doesn't need more traffic & pollution ! No No No !!!!!!!!!!!

I sold my house on great easthall in good faith not aware of this happening

Strongly object. I worry about road safety and congestion. I worry about the polluted air that my children will breath. I worry how this would affect the value of my house. Please think of the residents and their families.

It is a lovely estate would ruin it having industrial units right on its doorstep
