Dr. Paul Cutarelli not only consistently verbally abuses his employees but also more than once has withheld their pay and not recorded hours worked. Despite being contacted by Tom Martino and Colorado Labor Board he continues to dodge these wages owed to employees. The employee turn over rate is higher than any normal operating business and there is multiple reasons why. In 6 months, 8 employees have quit on bad terms with the doctor, this is 8 out of a 10 person staff. Current and past employees have made it perfectly clear that they would never refer any friend or family member to have surgery with Dr. Cutarelli. Being overworked and underpaid is common but being overworked and NOT paid at all is ILLEGAL!
